A Budapest-based digital content studio co-founded in 2022, built to produce personalised short-form video content at scale for global platforms.
Spline Studio was the production engine behind Snapchat Cameos – personalised looping video stickers and stories that placed users' faces into animated clips, music videos and short movies. At peak, the Cameos Stories platform reached 20 million subscribers and 3 million daily active users.
The studio operated as a full-cycle digital factory – developing concepts, producing and delivering over 1,500 pieces of content per year, managed by a team of 80 people working both remotely and on-site in Budapest.
Role: Co-Founder & Producer – building the studio infrastructure from scratch, managing creative and production pipelines, and scaling a remote-first team across multiple simultaneous content streams.

A prime-time family travel show exploring how ordinary people live across different countries and cities – from maternity hospitals to retirement, following the full arc of human life in every episode.
Produced for Channel One Russia – the country's largest broadcaster – alongside TV host and actress Zhanna Badoeva, the show ran for 8 years on Sunday prime time, reaching over 200 million viewers across more than 150 locations worldwide, from Delhi and Lima to Berlin and San Francisco.
TEFI-nominated for Best Entertainment Show, The Life of Others was built on a simple but powerful idea: that understanding how others live is the beginning of tolerance. Each episode guides viewers through the stages of life – school, family, work, old age – as experienced in a specific city, turning travel content into something genuinely human and culturally meaningful.
Role: Line Producer – managing international productions across 4 continents, coordinating local crews, logistics and budgets in vastly different cultural and operational environments.
